We stand behind every LOVA capsule we ship. If you're not completely satisfied with your results, we offer a full refund within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked, no hassle, ever.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your LOVA experience within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. You don't need to return the product.

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to hello@lova-skincare.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number
Your order number can be found in your confirmation email. No other documentation is required.

Refund processed
We'll process your full refund within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once it's done.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — at no cost to you.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time with one click from your account, with no fees and no notice period. If you have been charged for an order you wish to cancel, contact us within 24 hours and we will refund it in full.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of approval and will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
